Rooted in the traditions of Italian cooking, but never confined by them. The menu is shaped by Chef Justin’s own story — his upbringing, his travels, the moments that formed his relationship with food. Handmade pasta, made in-house daily. Seasonal ingredients, allowed to speak for themselves. At the table, a wine programme drawn from Italy and France brings the same philosophy to the glass — every bottle chosen with the same care, curiosity, and respect for the craft.
